MegaPre-Evolutions!: Mega Charmander X and Y

Then you might learn a few things! I had to let my imagination get to this point if Pre Evolved Pokemon was able to Mega Evolve! Starting with Charmander.... I had to see what if Charmander can Mega Evolve? *dis apply to charmeleon as well*

To obtain these Pre Evolved Mega Stones, It's pretty rare to find just like the others, But if a Mother/Father Charizard is holding a Charizardite X/Y while breeding, The baby can be able to obtain the Charmanderite item with ease.
